Considering that prayer clause (b) of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought a direction to the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to determine the basic slab/wages of the Petitioners of the period from November, 1995 to February, 1999 and March, 2001 to February, 2022, for which there is no record by taking into account Provident Fund cutting/Contribution made by the Petitioners during the relevant period as per their existing wages/slab, prior to issuance of such direction, the learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has sought for time to take instructions. 4.

Accordingly, we place the Writ Petition for that purpose on 26th February, 2026 on the supplementary board.
