At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition so as to delete the prayer clause (c) and (d) and amend the prayer clause (e).

Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 5.

An arguable question is raised as to whether the respondent no. 1 could have interfered with the orders impugned before him on the basis of the assurance given by the respondent no. 4, arises for

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 8th December 2025.

The learned AGP waives notice to respondent nos. 1 to 3. 8.
