The Petitioner has already instituted R.C.S No. 65/2025. The issue raised as regards the land adjacent to the Petitioner's property, to the extent of the right of way, is also addressed to the Civil Court. 2.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would withdraw this Petition and espouse the said grievance in the pending suit.
