Till the returnable date, Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioners solely on the ground that the caste claim of the petitioners is invalidated, subject to petitioners filing an undertaking within a period of 15 days before this Court that pending this petition the petitioners will not claim any service benefits such as promotion, increment, pay fixation and confirmation etc. [ABASAHEB D.
