The Petitioner seeks to challenge notice dated 10.02.2025 issued by Respondent No.1 - Collector (Stamp) and further order passed by the Court directing Petitioner to comply with the notice. 2.

Apparently, Petitioner is aggrieved by computation of stamp duty under impugned notice dated 10.02.2025. In that case the Petitioner can approach the same authority by making appropriate representation for correction of stamp duty.

Hence, keeping all question open to be dealt with by competent authority in accordance with law. Writ Petition can be disposed. 4.

In that view of matter, keeping all remedies open, Writ Petition 40 WP 13845.2025.odt

stands disposed of.

The time consumed in prosecuting present Writ Petition shall be taken into account in case limitation period is prescribed for raising challenge to computation of stamp duty.
