After arguing the matter for some time, and given our orders in Surendra Agarwal Vs. Union of India1, and connected matters, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, based on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to challenge the impugned orders (Exhibits 'A1' and 'A2') before the appropriate Forum by raising all contentions, including, those raised in this Petition. 3.
