A limited prayer in this petition is to issue direction for expedite hearing of RCS No.93/2011 pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Karjat. 3.

From the perusal of the roznama of the proceedings, it appears that, the evidence of the plaintiff is completed and the evidence of the defendant is being recorded. Since the suit has been instituted in the year 2011 and, it is heard, the prayer for expedite hearing of the suit appears justifiable. 4.
