The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the Registrar granting permission to sue Liquidator, however, rejecting the permission to sue the society. The reasoning adopted by the Registrar is that once the liquidator is appointed, the liquidator steps into the shoes of the society, and independently it is not necessary for the society to be proceeded against. In my opinion, the impugned order is in accordance with law, no interference is called for. The writ petition stands disposed of. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
