By order dated 24th November, 2025, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the petitioners directing respondent nos.4 and 5 to allow the petitioners to appear for exam, however, directed not to declare their results without the permission of this Court. 3.
Subsequently, the petitioners' admissions have been continued by imposing penalty of Rs.25,000/- on the College, which we are informed that, is deposited by the College. Thereafter, respondent
13907.2023WP+.odt no.4 has again passed an order on 5th March, 2026 imposing fine of Rs.10,000/- on the petitioners.

The petitioners have moved the matter seeking directions to declare their results.

In view of the above, we direct the respondents to declare the results of the petitioners, on the petitioners depositing fine amount of Rs.10,000/- each with respondent no.4 within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

In view of the abovementioned subsequent developments, nothing survives in the petitions and the petitions are therefore disposed of.
