By this petition, the only relief sought by the petitioner is, a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to expedite and dispose of the proceedings as indicated in the chart, which is at Exhibit - 'H', page 38 of the aforesaid petition in a time bound manner. N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Considering that the proceedings are pending before the concerned authority i.e. change report some from 2016, 2021 and 2022, we direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to dispose of the proceedings as indicated in the chart, which is at Exhibit - 'H', page 38 of the aforesaid petition, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said order. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 4.

We make it clear, that we have not gone into the merits of the proceedings which are pending before the respondent Nos.2 and 3 and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits open. .
