Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will institute a suit to assail the legality and validity of the order passed by the Mamlatdar and affirmed by the SubDivisional Officer in revision within a period of six weeks. 3.

The petition stands disposed with liberty to the petitioners to institute a civil suit.

In the event such suit is instituted, the Civil Court shall decide the same suit on its own merits and in accordance with law.

All contentions of all the parties including the contention that, the Mamlatdar's Court could not have been delved into the question of easementary right of way, are kept open for adjudication by the Civil Court.
