At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners informs this Court that WP/14030/2025, WP/7636/2024, WP/8580/2025, raise an identical issue as raised in the present petition with regard to failure on the part of the respondents to pay the amount as determined as per awards Sweety

40-WP-497-2026.doc passed under Section 28(A) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. In the light of the fact that identical issue is raised, the aforesaid writ petitions are taken on Board.
