Both the writ petitions arises out of proceedings under Section 22(2) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, however, during pendency of this present writ petitions, the petitioner - society has decided to admit respondent No.3 and similarly situated persons as members of the society. Since the petitioner - society has decided to accept the impugned order, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petitions. Hence, the writ petitions stand disposed of as infructuous.
