The present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.2 - Maharashtra State Board of Waqfs to decide the application dated 03.03.2010 filed by the petitioner under Section 69(4) of the Waqf Act for amendment/modification in the scheme. 2.

Learned advocate Mr. Deshmukh appears for respondent No.2 and waives notice, and upon instructions, submits that the said application would be decided within a period of three (3) months from today.

Taking into consideration the fact that the application is pending since 03.03.2010, we dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the said application within a period of two
