The primary grievance expressed in this Writ Petition pertains to failure on the part of the State to provide police protection and also on account of non-compliance of the order of the Tahsildar issued on 18th November, 2022, directing handing over of the possession of the mortgaged property to the Petitioners. We have noticed that the directions sought for is apparently in execution of a Certificate of Recovery which has attained finality. 2.

The Borrower is still in possession of the property. However, the Borrower has not been impleaded as a party to this proceeding. 3.

Be that as it may, at the request of Ms. Rupali Shinde, learned AGP appearing for the State, four weeks time is granted for obtaining instructions.
