The present writ petition raises challenge to Enquiry Report No.14/2025 dated 04.03.2025 submitted by Inspector of Public Trust.

It is submitted that after submission of impugned report, Enquiry Application No.23/2025 has been registered with Joint Charity Commissioner at Pune. In this backdrop, Writ Petition can be disposed of by following order:

ORDER

a.

The Joint Charity Commissioner shall consider objection of petitioner in respect of report submitted by Inspector of Public Trust and after considering objection of petitioners and concerned parties pass appropriate order in accordance with law. b.
