The learned advocate for the petitioner is absent. On the last occasion, i.e., on 09th January 2026, we were not satisfied with the reasons given for accommodation; yet, as the petitioner should not suffer, we had adjourned the matter. However, today, without any reason, the advocate for the petitioner is absent. It appears that the petitioner has lost the interest in the matter, and therefore, we dismiss the petition.
