After arguing for quite some time, Mr.Udane, learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions from the respective Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petitions with 8/10

liberty to raise appropriate contentions in the change report, which will be filed by the Respondent No.1 under Section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act.

Mr.Akshay Shinde, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 in all the matters on instructions states that such change report will be filed within a period of 30 days from the date of holding of the meeting / elections. Statement accepted.

Ms.Savina R. Crasto, learned A.G.P. appearing for the State submits that in case such change report is filed within the time frame as contended by the learned counsel for Respondent No.1 in the above paragraph, the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Mumbai will decide the same within a period of six months. 4.

All contentions of all the parties are kept open. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the respective parties. Learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Mumbai to decide the change report on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law. 9/10

All the Writ Petitions stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
