By order dated 02.02.2026, this Court had directed the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, to complete the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks. In pursuance thereof, a compliance report has been submitted on 27.02.2026. It appears from the said report that the Secretary and the Principal of the School, as well as certain teachers i.e. the present Petitioners, remained present during the enquiry proceedings. After granting them an opportunity of hearing, it has been observed that the educational institution is required to pay the arrears of salary and to issue the experience certificate, pay the gratuity amount, and provide a copy of the service book to the Petitioners. In view of the finding regarding the entitlement of the Petitioners, Respondent No. 4 - the Education Officer

In view of the above, we are satisfied that the order passed by this Court stands complied with.
