IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 909 WRIT PETITION NO. 14206 OF 2025 Gopal Suryakant Biradar

VERSUS

The State Of Maharashtra Through The Secretary And Others ...

Mr. Faij Khan h/f Mr. Madhav N. Kalyane - Advocate for the Petitioner Mr. A. M. Phule - AGP for State ...

CORAM : SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI AND HITEN S. VENEGAVKAR, JJ.

DATED : 10TH MARCH, 2026 PER COURT : - 1.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner once again seeks accommodation to comply with the order passed by this Court on 09.01.2026. In fact, by our order dated 09.02.2026, we had passed a detailed order granting time till 10.03.2026. Prior thereto, it was directed that an additional affidavit be filed within two weeks from 09.02.2026. It was also stipulated that, in the event of failure to place the documents on record, the Petition would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court. However, on 23.02.2026, though the matter was not on board, it was taken on board and, upon an oral request, the time to file the additional affidavit was extended by one week. Even today, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner is not ready with the additional affidavit and seeks

2 909WP14206.2025.odt accommodation on the ground that he had provided the draft affidavit to the Petitioner, but the Petitioner has not returned the same to him. 2.

In such circumstances, there is no necessity to grant any further opportunity, as several opportunities have already been granted in the past.

3.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
