Present petition filed by the wife of deceased employee who was initially working with Marathwada Apang Training Centre, Latur as a Helper with effect from 01.01.1991. Petitioner submits that services of the deceased husband were permanently approved and the pay scale were revised from time to time. Respondent No. 2 by its order dated 13.02.2017 cancelled the registration of Marathwada Apang Training Centre, Latur with effect from 20.08.2016 and the deceased employee was placed in the waiting list for absorption in other schools in the year 2017 itself. The respondent No. 2 by order dated 10.09.2018, directed absorption of the petitioner's husband in the respondent No. 5 school which the deceased has joined on 24.09.2018. The pay scale was also fixed in the month of January, 2017. The petitioner states that thereafter
the Deputy Commissioner for Welfare of Handicapped with approval of respondent No. 2 vide order dated 07.09.2019 handed over the parent school of the deceased employee to Handicapped Bahuuddeshiya Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Kolhapur and thereafter, directed the petitioner's husband to relieve from the respondent No. 5 School to join the School at Kolhapur. The deceased employee accordingly had joined the school at Kolhapur and requested respondent No. 5 to forward the upto date service book along with L.P.C and G.P.F. The petitioner states that the deceased employee expired on 07.06.2021, however, the service book neither updated nor forwarded.
The petitioner therefore, preferred the application initially with the school at Kolhapur, and thereafter even a representation to the School at Dombivali however, the record shows that both the schools have been shifting their responsibility by stating that at the relevant time, the deceased employee was not tendering his services with their respective institutions. In one of the communication addressed to the District Social Welfare Office, it has been stated that the decision as to who will forward the pension proposal of the deceased employee should be taken at the office level and accordingly, directions be issued. On 06.03.2025, the petitioner has addressed detailed representation to the office of District Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad, Thane.
Copy of which has been marked to the Commissioner, Handicap Welfare Commissionerate, Pune.

We have perused the same and in order to dispose of the present petition, at present it will suffice to direct the Commissioner of Handicapped Welfare Commissionerate, Pune to decide these representations within a period of three months from today. The Commissioner will decide as to who will prepare and forward the pension proposal of the deceased employee (Petitioner's Husband) and with a further direction to the institution to forward the pension proposal immediately to the concerned authorities. The appropriate authority then will process the pension proposal as expeditiously as possible and conclude the same within three months from receipt of proposal. 3.
With the aforesaid directions, Writ petition stands disposed of.
