I have heard Learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

By consent, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

i.

The Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai shall transfer Petition No.A-2208 of 2021 to the Family Court, Pune.

ii.

After transfer the Family Court, Pune shall decide the Petition in question in accordance with law.

iii.

The parties shall appear before the Family Court, Pune on 09th June 2026. The Family Court, Pune shall permit the Mugdha

iv.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the Family Court, Pune shall make endeavour to decide the Petition in question as early as possible.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4.
