Mr. D'souza, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, this petition has been filed on the Appellate Side, while the petition ought to have been filed on the Original Side as the impugned award has been passed by the Industrial Tribunal at Mumbai. It is further stated that the respondent Union has also filed a writ petition challenging the impugned award on the Original Side. 2.

In that light, it is submitted that the petitioner would take appropriate steps to convert this petition as a petition filed on the Original Side and on that ground, adjournment is sought. 3.

Hearing of this petition is adjourned by four weeks. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps for converting this petition as petition filed on the Original Side.

The Registry to take appropriate steps in view of the request made on behalf of the petitioner.
