Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner.

He submits that the petitioner's wall was demolished illegally and, therefore, he is seeking directions for inquiry against the erring officers of the Municipal Authorities, compensation and directions to respondent No.1 to restore the wall. He submits that now the petitioner has constructed the wall at his own cost.

After disinclination is shown to grant any relief in favour of the petitioner, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the [1]
