P.C.:- 1) Learned Addl. GP on instructions submitted that, the competent Authority i.e. Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune City has already decided the Application filed under Section 154B-23 of MCS Act and has taken a decision not to disqualify the Committee and members of Respondent No.5 Society.

2) In view thereof, the prayer clauses (a) and consequential prayer clause (c) of the Petition are worked out and nothing further survives in the Petition qua the said prayer clauses. 1/2

ssm 15-wp14300.2025.doc 3) As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, the learned AGP on instructions submitted that, the Respondent No.3 will take necessary steps to direct to Respondent No.5 and/or to provide necessary documents to the Petitioner within a period of three weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

4) In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed and nothing further survives in the Petition. 5) Petition is accordingly disposed off.

6) List the Petition on board on 6th May, 2026, under the caption 'for reporting compliance' .
