Mr. Godbole, learned Senior Advocate, on instructions, submits that the substantive dispute raised by the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 7443 of 2010, challenging the Resolution authorizing the Chairman to withdraw, is still pending consideration. He states that the petitioners intend to pursue that dispute. He therefore seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings depending on the final outcome of the said dispute.

In view of the request made and the circumstances placed before the Court, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
