Ms. Rupali Shinde, learned AGP appearing for the State submits, on instructions, that since the Respondent No.2 does not have the Authority or jurisdiction to decide the issues raised in the Representation/Application dated 18th December, 2020, filed by the Petitioner, hence, the matter has now been forwarded to the Competent Authority i.e. the Tahasildar / Respondent No.1 to take a decision on the said Application. Therefore, the decision in the matter is awaited.

In view of the above, at the request of Ms. Shinde, stand over to 5th January, 2026, so as to enable her to produce a copy of the order passed by the Tahasildar, if any.
