Ms.Banerjee, on instructions from Mr. Smit Singh, states that the Petitioner will withdraw the suit filed before the City Civil Court, Dindoshi which pertains to the said dispute. The present Petition arises out of the same suit. 2) In view thereof, nothing further survives in this Petition and the Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
