Mr. Sachindra Shetye, learned counsel for the State Election Commission submits that he has received instructions that the elections of these two wards i.e. Ward Nos.6B / 6A in respective matters, more particularly, where the appeal was filed under Rule 15 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats Election Rules, 1966, and, the decision was not

wpst35891&35892.2025(2) rendered before 26.11.2025, the elections to those wards are specifically postponed. He has further specifically submits that elections of Paithan Municipal Council is postponed and that process would start de novo.
