The proposal forwarded by the management seeking approval for the appointment of the Petitioner, is said to be pending with Respondent No. 4.

The learned AGP points out that Respondent No. 4 had already communicated seven deficiencies to the management, by the communication dated 6th April 2021. The management is called upon to cure the deficiencies, after which the proposal shall be considered. 3.

23-wp-23-wp-14370-2025.odt management has already cured the deficiencies and forwarded the revised proposal dated 3rd March 2025, which was received by the Office of Respondent No. 4 on the same date.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent No. 4 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and deal with the said proposal on its own merits within a period of 60 days from today. 5.

If any adverse order is passed, it shall be supported by detailed reasons. In case the proposal is rejected, the Petitioner would be at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. If the proposal is accepted, further steps for the grant of Shalarth ID may be initiated. 6.
