Present petitions have been filed especially for forwarding pension proposal of the petitioners to respondent No. 4. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 had not forwarded the pension proposals. Now, Block Development Officer has been appointed as an Administrator on the society/institution.

Learned AGP submits that the present Block Development 1048 & 1049.odt

Officer who has been appointed as the Administrator would forward the pension proposal of the petitioners to the appropriate authority within a period of two weeks.

Taking into consideration the said statement, we dispose of the petitions by directing respondent No. 4 Education Officer, present Administrator to forward the pension proposal of the petitioner within a period of two weeks to the appropriate authority and the appropriate authority would decide the same within a reasonable time and to take decision in respect of payment of gratuity.
