(c) The date of the birth of his children.
(d) The source of income of the Petitioner for the last decade.
(e) How much retrial benefits did the widow receive on
account of the demise of the bread earner?
2.
This Petition is an example of a chance case by suppressing the following material facts :
(a) The Petitioner's father who was the bread earner, superannuated on 30th April, 2011.
(b) He expired on 9th September 2017, 6 years after his superannuation.
(c) He desired to correct his date of birth and approached the Central Administration Tribunal in OA No.460 of 2010, which was dismissed by judgment dated 3rd November, 2011. (d) The deceased preferred a Writ Petition No.3270 of 2012 which was dismissed on 18th April, 2012. The deceased approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Number not mentioned) which was dismissed by order dated 14th July, 2014.
3.
In view of the above, the Petitioner's father superannuated six years and three months prior to his demise.
4.
In such circumstances, there is no question of granting compassionate appointment and that too, to the Petitioner who is 40 years of age today, who is married and having children and no details about the family status as well as the source of earning is pleaded in the Petition.
5.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed with cost. Learned Advocate prays that costs may not be imposed. Hence, no costs.
