This matter was heard for some time. The Petitioners virtually desire, this Court should continue to pass the same orders as were repeatedly passed earlier by this Court. 2.
The first Judgment of this Court was delivered on 1st November, 2017 in PIL No.98 of 2016 with clubbed Writ Petitions. Thereafter, the Petitioners filed one more Petition bearing No.13624 of 2018. Again this Court delivered an Order dated 11th December, 2019, recording the statement of the Corporation in the light of the directions set out in the Judgment dated 1st November, 2017 that the Town Vending Committee (TVC) will be constituted. 35.as.wp.14376.2025.odt Petitioners have once again preferred this Petition and put forth the same prayer that the TVC be constituted. This Court cannot repeatedly keep on passing the same orders. If the Corporation is violating the orders or directions of this Court which are recurring in nature, the Petitioners have a remedy for expressing their grievance on account of the disobedience of our orders / directions. 3.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Petition and initiate an appropriate proceedings for disobedience of the directions of this Court.
