1) Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2) By this Petition, the only relief sought for by the Petitioner, is a direction to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the Petitioner's compliant dated 17th March 2024, within a particular time frame. 3) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner had 1/3

made a complaint on 17th March 2024 to the Respondent No.3 and that the Respondent No.3, has forwarded the said complaint to the Respondent No.2, to take further steps.

4) Learned A.G.P., on instructions, states that the Respondent No.2 will decide the Petitioner's complaint dated 17th March, 2024, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within four weeks from today and will forward the decision taken on the said complaint to the Respondent No.3, within one week thereafter. Learned A.G.P. further submits that depending on the decision taken by Respondent No.2, the Respondent No.3 will take steps, in accordance with law. Statement accepted.

5) In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition. The Petition stands disposed of accordingly. 6) We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Petitioner's complaint dated 17th March 2024 and as such, keep open all contentions of all parties on merits.
