This petition takes exception to the order dated 27.06.2025, below Exh. 12 in Petition No. A-470 of 2024 passed by the Family Court, Nashik.

By the order impugned, in the petition filed by the petitioner/husband for divorce, the learned Family Court, Nashik, has allowed the application filed by the respondent/wife under Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

71-wp-14438-2025.doc Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act and directed the petitioner/husband to pay interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month to the respondent/wife. 4.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the monthly salary of the petitioner is Rs.22,000/- only. It is submitted that the learned Family Court thus erred in granting maintenance at the rate of Rs.10,000/-.

I have perused the impugned order. The learned Family Court has observed that the petitioner/husband is hiding his income. The said finding is not shown to be perverse. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

The Petition is dismissed.
