Heard the learned advocate for the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners are seeking directions against respondents No. 1 to 3 to grant three benefits of revised/modified service assurance career progression as per G.R. dated 01.01.2019 and G.R. dated 02.03.2019 under 7th Pay Commission to them.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents No.1 to 8, and upon instructions from respondent No.3, submits that the representations those have been made by the petitioners made on various dates from 01.09.2024 would be decided within a period of three (3) months from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondents No. 1 and 3 to decide the representations made on various dates from 11.06.2019 by the petitioners for the grant of benefits of revised/modified in service assured carrier progression scheme as per the Government Resolutions dated 01.01.2019 and 02.03.2019 within three (3) months from today on its own merits.
