Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.3 to decide the proposal dated 03.01.2024 for grant of approval of the services of the petitioner on the post of Shikshan Sevak in Al-Faiz Urdu Girls High School and Junior College, Amalner, District Jalgaon. 2.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent No.3 and upon instructions from respondent No.3, makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the said proposal dated 03.01.2024 within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
