The Petitioners pray that the Family Court, Bandra should take up E-Petition No.131 of 2025 on the Board, by preponing the date of hearing scheduled on 18th October, 2025, and decide the Petitioners' Interim Maintenance Application within a period of sixty days. 2.

While exercising Writ jurisdiction, we are extremely slow in issuing directions to any Court of Law for an out of turn hearing. All litigants are equal in the eyes of law. All are in queue for an early decision. Merely because the Petitioners are approaching the High Court for an out of turn hearing, would not mean that this Court should issue 1/2 8-WP-14469-2025.odt Dixit

such a direction. This would cause hardships to other litigants who are in queue and whose Petitions are filed prior to the filing of the Petitioners' proceedings.

In view of the above, we would not entertain this Petition and the same is disposed off. Needless to state, if any Interim Application is pending before the concerned Court, such Application would be taken up for adjudication in queue considering the date of filing.
