Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to add Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as party respondent. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. After amendment, issue notice to the added respondent No.3. The learned counsel Mr. Shantaram Dhepale waives service of notice for added respondent No.3.

Having heard for quite some time, we find that proper information with regard to existence of Mission Prathmik Shala, Mali Ghogargaon, Taluka Vaijapur, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as well as St. Joseph High School, Mali Ghogargaon, Tq. Vaijapur, Dist.

(2) 959 W. P. 14474-2025.odt Chhatrapati Smbhajinagar needs to be ascertained from the Education Officer Primary, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. 3.

We, therefore, direct the Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to make an enquiry with regard to the existence of the above schools and as to whether both these School were run by the same management. We also direct the Education Officer to ascertain as to whether the leaving certificates issued in respect of one Kachru Nathu Pawar as well as Baban Fakira Pawar are issued from both the Schools.
