The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has tendered draft amendment which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The amendment is sought to join the borrowers as party Respondents to the Writ Petition and consequential amendment thereto as well as seeking relief against the borrowers. 1/2

The Petitioner is allowed to amend the Writ Petition in terms of draft amendment marked 'X'.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from tomorrow. Re-verification is dispensed with. 5.

The amended Petition shall be served by the Petitioner on the Respondent.

Writ Petition shall be placed for consideration on 8th December, 2025.
