We heard this matter for some time. Close relatives from the paternal side are suffering internal squabbles. Civil Suits have also been filed. We granted a pass-over to the learned Advocate for the Petitioners to take instructions.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that the Petitioners would espouse their cause in the pending suit by filing an appropriate application or as may be advised. They seek liberty to withdraw this Petition. SUNNY THOTE

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. All the contentions of the stakeholders are kept open and the withdrawal of this Petition would not be an impediment.
