The learned Advocate for the Management frankly submits that the decision of the Grievances Redressal Committee under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016, has not been challenged by the Management. The Management instructs that within 21 days, the dues as are assessed by the Grievances Committee, in short the order of the Grievance Sufiyan Syed - PA

913 & 926.AS.WP.13051.2025.odt Committee, would be implemented.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that in view of the gracious statement made, this Petition may be disposed off and may be listed for considering compliance. 3.

In view of the above, both these Petitions are disposed off with a direction that the institution shall comply with the verdict of the Grievance Committee.
