---- CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE & ABHAY J. MANTRI, JJ.
DATE : 9th MARCH, 2026 P.C. :- 1.
The learned Advocate for the Management has tendered a compliance affidavit along with certain documents with an index (page nos.43 to 54), in deference to the order dated 4th February, 2026 passed by this Court.
2.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that in the case of one Petitioner, namely Ashok Shripati Deokar, there is a deficit of an amount of about Rs.50,000/-. With reference to another Petitioner, namely Mangalgouri Rajeshwar Deshmukh, the deficit is of about Rs.4.5 lakhs. He, therefore, submits that these two aggrieved Petitioners be permitted to approach the Joint Director, Technical Education, Pune, as per earlier orders passed by this Court, for simply calculating the amounts payable and for verifying whether there is any shortfall. Needless to state, this is in relation to the order passed by the Grievance Committee.
3.
The learned Advocate for the Management submits that making such a calculation is purely a matter of record and that the Institution would place all the documents before the concerned Authority, notwithstanding the fact that the Management firmly believes that all the payments have been made. 4.
In view of the above, the Petitioners are permitted to approach the Joint Director, Technical Education, Pune, in view of the above statements. We would expect the said Authority to
consider the record being submitted by both the parties and draw a conclusion as to whether there is any deficit payment or not. Let this exercise be completed within 60 days from today. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
