Since this is a Writ Petition filed by a person, who claims to be a businessman alleging that one building is illegal, we questioned the Petitioner on his locus.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, along with the Petitioner, there are many other persons living in the said locality, who are disturbed by the illegal construction. He may take a decision whether to file a Public Interest Litigation ('P.I.L.'). SUNNY THOTE
