Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The learned Counsel states that the Corporation is not acting in terms of the Public notice dated 31st March, 2016, which is at Exh. J (page 27). 2.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel appears on behalf RespondentCorpporation and makes a request for adjournment to take instructions and file affidavit in reply.

We do not find it necessary to adjourn the Petition as this Petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondent-Corporation to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and if the grievance of the Petitioner is Talwalkar

59.WP14568.2025.odt justified, an appropriate action in accordance with law in terms of the Public notice relied upon by the Petitioner, if the same is applicable to the Petitioner's case, be taken expeditiously. 4.
