The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that original applicant No. 2 needs money from interest component of the FDR deposited in her account. The learned counsel submits that she needs money for coaching and educational expenses as she is now in 8th standard and would be going to 9th standard.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 11.12.2025. Hamdast permitted. In addition, the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents by all private modes i.e. E-mail, RPAD etc. and file service affidavit to that effect before the next date of hearing. List the matter after fresh admission matters are over.
