This is a Petition challenging the Order-in-Original dated 12 September 2025.

As against this order, the Petitioner has the remedy of an Appeal.

Therefore, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file an Appeal. He states that such Appeal will be filed within four weeks from today.

The Appellate Authority should decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law without adverting to the issue of limitation.

All contentions of all parties, including those raised in this Petition, are kept open for decision of the Appellate Authority in the first instance.
