1) Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for Petitioner on instructions from the Petitioner, who is personally present in the Court submitted that, the Petitioner will deposit the entire decreetal amount along with interest accrued thereon up to 31st December 2025, as per the Recovery Certificate dated 17th March 2011, issued by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Society Niphad, District Nashik, in the Registry of this Court within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.
