Mr. Adik, who appears for the Respondents, pointed out that in similar circumstances, we have declined to entertain WP No.6980 of 2025 and relegated the Petitioner therein to avail of the alternate remedy.

Mr. Adik submits that even this Petition will be disposed of, if necessary, by granting the Petitioner the same liberty which was granted to the Petitioner in WP No. 6980 of 2025.
