At the behest of the office, the present petitions are listed today on the ground that the cost directed by this Court in the judgment and order 24 November 2025 has not been deposited. The Member Secretary of the Maharashtra Legal Services Authority is required to take appropriate steps, as it is informed that the costs has not been deposited. 2.

In view of the above, further course of action is permitted to be taken by the Member Secretary of the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority for recovery of the costs in accordance with law. 3.

The office is also directed to forward an intimation to the filing section to note the non-compliance with the order of this Court, so that any other proceedings filed by these parties shall not be entertained, considering their categorization as non-compliant litigants.
